The staff is very friendly and the location is really great!
Unfortunately, the location is also the problem at the same time... You can clearly hear the street that goes down in front of the hotel... The windows are insufficiently soundproofed... What a shame!

Direct mail request before the trip was not answered. The telephone was not picked up on the day of the journey despite our numerous call attempts, we wanted to inform the reception that we are late. Some rooms and other infrastructure (elevator, parking garage, etc.) seem a bit outdated, yet everything is very clean.

The room was fashionable and brand-new. We ate at a really nice restaurant for our breakfast and lunch. - the location was perfect and excellent with ease of access to Elche Park. - the terrace bar provided salads and tapas.

Great location for exploring Benidorm. Lovely sea views make it a perfect spot for a relaxing break. - Walking distance to El Corner for dinner. - Good tapas restaurant available for breakfast and lunch.

The design of the hotel and the room we were in along with the all inclusive package made the stay very enjoyable and I would return and recommend to friends and family.
Some staff were much more friendly than others and went out of their way to assist.
